From a perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, and the documents, annexed therewith, it appears that there is some dispute with regard to the demarcation of the property recorded in the name of petitioner vis-à-vis to respondent no.3. The petitioner, instead of moving an appropriate application before the competent authority for demarcation of his property, has directly come up before this Court in the present writ petition. 4. The relief sought for in this writ petition by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. 5. No case for interference is made out. The petition is dismissed at the threshold itself.
