WP No. 32620 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.07.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 06.07.2026 to measure his land and fix a boundary in S.No.74/8D to an extent of Punjai Hectare 0.42.5 Theervai 2.37, Punjai acre 1.05 Cents and in S.No.74/8E to an extent of Punjai Hectare 0.2.50 Theervai 0.14 punjai acre 0.06 cents at Periyeripatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.R.K.Varshini, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 06.07.2026 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. WP No. 32620 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 directs the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated06.07.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court.
