This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Section(s) 406, 409, 420, 120B and 34 IPC in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Chatra. 3. By filing this second anticipatory bail application petitioner infact is making a prayer to review the order dated 15.04.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.4988 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only a donor member and not the Secretary and there is no fund misappropriated. 5. This ground cannot be looked again in the second anticipatory bail application and further there is no scope of review in anticipatory bail application. 6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Itkhori P.S.
