By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant, who is the petitioner in the connected writ petition has prayed for impleading the Union of India, represented by the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi as respondent no. 8. 3. Having heard the learned CGC in the matter, the prayer made in this interlocutory application stands allowed by allowing the impleadment of Union of India as respondent no. 8 in the connected writ petition. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall provide a freshly typed out cause-title to the AO(J), Writ Appeal Section in course of the day to be incorporated in the writ petition. On such amendment being made, Registry shall also do suitable amendment in the connected writ petition and thereafter the matter be listed before the Court immediately. 5.
