Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner is the complaint, who lodged a complaint against the respondents 2 and 3 herein for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.1848 of 2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.IV), George Town, Chennai. After taking cognizance of the complaint, the Trial Court issued summons to the respondents 2 and 3 herein. Therefore, the Trial Court issued a Non-Bailable Warrant against them, which is pending for execution before the first respondent. 4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the respondents 2 and 3 herein in STC No.1848 of 2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.IV), George Town, Chennai, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the respondents 2 and 3 and to cooperate with the first respondent while executing the Non-Bailable Warrant. 5.
