, -./ The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenue-Khushi (daughter of the petitioner), who has been illegally detained by respondent No.5. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2026, detenue-Khushi daughter of the petitioner, has been produced before this Court. She has deposed that she has already performed marriage with respondent No.5- Rajat and wants to stay with him. 3.
