This appeal is directed against the order dated 09.02.2026 passed by the learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XVIII, Ranchi in Misc. Cri. Application No. 95/2026, in connection with CID PS Case No. 34 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. On an information that some miscreants were planning to commit an offence, a raid was conducted by the police and several accused persons were apprehended with arms and ammunitions. 4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated on suspicion. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 17.01.2026 and no recovery of any incriminating articles have been effected from the 2026:JHHC:10482-DB 2 possession of the appellant. Learned counsel further submits that several co-accused persons have been granted bail in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.366 of 2026, Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No.324 of 2026 and Cr. Appeal (DB) No.378 of 2026. 5. Learned P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant though he has admitted that the implication of the appellant is based on the confessional statement of the co-accused. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant and the fact that several co-accused persons have been granted bail as noted above, we, while setting aside the order dated 09.02.2026 passed by the learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XVIII, Ranchi in Misc. Cri. Application No. 95/2026, in connection with CID PS Case No. 34 of 2025, direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
