GP FOR COOPERATION The Court made the following order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education, Sri B.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Board of Intermediate Education and Sri Sri Vijay Mathukumilli, learned counsel appearing for respondents. 2. The instant Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in taking steps to grant permission for shifting of the MSR Junior College, without considering the representation dated 28.04.2026 of the petitioner. 3. On 05.05.2026, this Court granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2026 in accordance with the rules and pass appropriate orders thereon. 4. Pursuant to the said interim directions, the 2nd respondent-Board of Intermediate Education issued proceedings dated 15.06.2026 stating that no request involving change in the management structure, change of Secretary & Correspondent, change of Principal or shifting of the institution from its existing 3 premises would be entertained or acted upon until the disputes are adjudicated by the competent courts or until appropriate orders are passed by the competent judicial forum. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 15.06.2026, no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. 6. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner is resolved. There shall be no order as to costs.
