ORDER The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.18048 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Upon perusal of the order of the learned Magistrate, which has been enclosed along with the papers, it is seen that the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, has directed the respondent police to conduct a preliminary enquiry and, if a prima facie case is made out, proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.
3. It is submitted that the said order has not been complied with till date. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the relevant papers are not available with the respondent police and, therefore, they are unable to comply with the order. He would further submit that if the complainant furnishes a fresh copy of the complaint along with the relevant papers, the respondent police will consider the same and comply with the order in accordance with law.
4. This Court finds that, in order to grant any further relief, the complaint originally submitted by the petitioner before the police or before the learned Magistrate has to be placed before this Court. However, the same has not been produced before this Court.
5. In view of the above, no further relief can be granted in the present petition. However, it is open to the petitioner / complainant to furnish a fresh https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

On receipt of the same, the respondent police shall consider the same and act in accordance with the order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.18048 of 2022 and in accordance with law.
