WP No. 9723 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 O R D E R The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.02.2026. 2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of Plot Nos.50 and 51, situated at Saravana Nagar, in Survey No.170/1, Kavundampalayam Village, Coimbatore District. 3. According to the petitioner, the said plots form part of an approved residential layout and stand in his name in the revenue records. The petitioner further contends that the respondents, without following due process of law, are attempting to put up compound walls on the said plots. Therefore, he submitted a representation along with the relevant documents to establish his title and requested the respondents not to put up any construction on the said plots. 4. The petitioner’s grievance is that his representation has not been considered so far. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 13.02.2026 would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 6. The said exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If, upon such consideration, it is found that the said plots belong to the petitioner, respondents 1 and 2 shall remove any construction put up on the said plots. 7.
