ORDER This petition is filed to bring the respondents 11 to 13 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent and rank them as proposed respondents 11 to 13 in the above Second Appeal. The respondents have not seriously objected to the petition. The proposed parties have not appeared and their names have also been printed in the cause list. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in order to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent, this petition is allowed.
