The grievance of the petitioners is that admittedly, the petitioners are the owners of the property, in which, the retail vending outlet was situated pursuant to a lease deed, dated 29.06.2011. Now, the lease is over and the petitioners, being the owners of the property, have not consented and do not have any intention to continue the lease. Therefore, they have come up before this Court with the above prayer. 3. Learned Counsel for the second respondent, at the time of 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.31703 of 2026 admission, would submit that unless they have any dealing with the landlord directly and the lease is either extended or some kind of relationship is established, they will not extend the license or renew any approval with reference to the first respondent. 4. Therefore, keeping open the liberty of the second respondent Company to negotiate with the petitioners with reference to the renewing of relationships etc., recording the submission made that they will not renew any license or agreement or any other statutory approval with reference to the first respondent with reference to the petitioners’ property, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
