With the consent of both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:- (i) The order dated 16.07.2025, whereby the right of the defendant-petitioner to file reply in the temporary injunction application has been closed is quashed and set aside. (ii) The defendant-petitioner is permitted to file the reply, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2,000/- to the plaintiff-respondent.
