In the aforesaid order, this Court had earlier ordered attachment of the property, disclosed in the judges summons filed in support of O.A.No.926 of 2024. 3. The applicant now claims that the respondents have settled the claim of the applicants and therefore seeks for recall of the earlier order dated 24.02.2025 passed in O.A.No.926 of 2024. Since the claim of the respondents has been settled, the prayer sought for in this application has to be allowed. 4. Accordingly this application is allowed by recalling the order dated 24.02.2025 passed in O.A.No.926 of 2024.
