2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner had been in love with the defacto complainant’s daughter who is aged 16 years old and had subjected her to mental harassment. On the date of the alleged occurrence, the petitioner along with other accused went in front of the defacto complainant’s house, abused the defacto complainant and her daughter in filthy words, threatened to kill them and asked the minor girl to stay away from his life. Unable to bear the mental agony, the defacto complainant’s daughter allegedly committed suicide. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 27.07.2026. He further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the defacto complainant and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner had abetted commitment of suicide by the defacto complainant’s daughter. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he oppose to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
