The petitioner was liable to pay excise duty of Rs.1,63,935/-. As he failed to pay the said amount, the land belonging to him was reclassified as “Sarkar Poramboke”. Subsequently, the petitioner paid the entire dues, and the fifth respondent issued a No Due Certificate dated 09.11.2022. 3. The learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner’s claim will be considered in accordance with law. 4. It is not in dispute that the fifth respondent issued the No Due Certificate dated 09.11.2022. 5. In view of the payment of the entire dues and the issuance of the No Due Certificate, the petitioner’s request requires consideration by respondents 1 to 4. 6.
