ORDER The prayer in this Writ Petition is to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 25.03.2025.

Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and considering the representation of the petitioner, it can be seen that the legal heirship certificate was issued with reference to one Ramasamy Reddy, son of Krishnasamy Reddy. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the daughter and her mother Kamalam and brothers Baskaran and Prabakaran are the four surviving legal heirs of the said Ramasamy Reddy. However, the said Baskaran clandestinely obtained a legal heirship certificate by showing his name alone. In respect thereof, the above representation is made. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. When a representation is made, alleging erroneous legal heirship certificate, the same has to be considered by the authorities.
4. In view of the nature of order passed, this Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the third respondent. The second respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2025 and due notice shall be issued to the petitioner, the third respondent and the other legal heirs also and conduct an inquiry and pass final orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order.
