In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to properly investigate Lower Bazar P.S. Case No 259 of 2025 as the petitioner is being threatened by the accused persons and creating hindrance in the life of the petitioner. 3. It has been alleged that the accused persons had assaulted the petitioner and had snatched his gold chain which resulted in institution of Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 259 of 2025. 4. It is a grievance of the petitioner that neither any accused has been apprehended by the Police nor charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. Considering the fact that the investigation is going on as has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made in the writ application and the same ( 2026:JHHC:7463 ) accordingly stands disposed with a direction to the respondent No.3 to ensure that proper investigation is carried out in Lower Bazar P.S.
