Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent – State. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon considering the averments made in the application, particularly the ground stated therein, as well as the jail remarks indicating that the applicant has not been released earlier, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the present applicant. 4. The application, therefore, partly succeeds and is R/CR.MA/9803/2026 ORDER DATED: 24/04/2026 allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for the period from 26.04.2026 to 27.04.2026, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority and subject to usual terms and conditions, with a direction that the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on 28.04.2026 in the morning. 4.1 Rule is made absolute accordingly.
