5. By the instant petition, the petitioner is praying for de-freezing of his saving bank account No. 8150792769 of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
6. The challenge is on the ground that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and without any substance his account has been freezed.
7. Mr. Nainwal, learned A.G.A. on instructions apprise to this Court that there is a complete procedure under the Circular of Ministry of Home Affairs that if an account has been freezed and a person has any grievance, he can approach to the concerned Cyber Cell for de-freezing the account. He further submits that in the State of Uttarakhand there are two regional offices ; one in Garhwal Region and another in Kumaun Region and he submits that the petitioner can approach to the concerned Inspector of the Cyber Cell and the Cyber Cell, who will redress his grievance forthwith.
8. In such view of the matter, instant writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach to the Nodal Cyber Cell
Officer of State of Uttarakhand, Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre and if he approach to the Authority, the said Authority will examine his grievance and redress as per law positively within one month from the date he approaches the authority.
