For Petitioner : Mr.D.Senthilkumar For Respondents : Mr.S.Sivaraman, Government Advocate, for RR-1 to 4 ORDER The prayer in this Writ Petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2026 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for petitioner and perusing the representation, it is seen that the petitioner is complaining that for the purpose of brick kiln activities, there is unauthorised excavation and removal of earth in Survey Nos.14/1, 14/13B, 15/8 and 16/1 covered under patta No.762 situated at Chinnababusamudram village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram district. In view thereof, the respondents have a duty to consider the same and take immediate action in accordance with law. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32142 of 2026 3. In view of the nature of relief that is being granted, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admissions stage without notice to the respondent Nos.5 and 6 on the following terms:- (i) The third respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2026 for enquiry. (ii) Due notice to the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos.5 and 6 shall be issued. (iii) Orders, in accordance, with law shall be passed. If further orders have to be passed by any other authority, including the respondent Nos.1 and 2, due reports shall also be sent by the third respondent to the other authorities. (iv) If any drone survey has to be done, the same can also be done. (v) The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a web-copy of the order.
