After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wants to press the present writ petition and instead seeks a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. 2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the learned Trial Court is expected to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments. 3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
