Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 8 months and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case after certain changed circumstances. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary and drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. as well as the medical evidence. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that charges have already been framed and the father of the victim has already been examined. The evidence of the victim was fixed in the month of January, 2026. Till date the evidence of the victim is not over. Petitioner would better be advised to approach this Court after 2 the evidence of the victim is over. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M)2477 of 2025 is dismissed. The learned special court would ensure that the evidence of the victim is concluded at the earliest. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
