The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of his representation dated 07.03.2026. By the said representation, the petitioner requested respondents 1 to 3 to remove and relocate the newly constructed bus stand situated in front of his shop, “Best Fashion”, at No.1, Arcot Road, Porur, Chennai – 600 116. 3. The petitioner states that the newly constructed bus stand in front of his shop is adversely affecting his business, though suitable space is available nearby. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 07.03.2026 has not been considered by the respondents so far. 5. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 07.03.2026 will be considered in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court. 6.
