Learned counsels appearing for the parties are in complete agreement that the issue involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 28.05.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10548/2023 (Sudarshana Jangid Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.) and order dated 03.02.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12131/2023 (Pratap Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. & other connected petitions). 2. Since the counsels have expressed their consensus that the matter is fully covered by the aforesaid orders, hence, in view of the statement made by learned counsels for the parties, the writ petitions are disposed of with the directions that relief which (2 of 2) [CW-5095/2026] has been granted in the aforesaid orders shall also be applicable in the case of the petitioner. 3.
