On perusal of records, it is found that the petitioner is the accused in the complaint lodged by the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of NI Act in CC.No.319 of 2025 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram. After receipt of summon, the petitioner failed to appear before the trial court and as such, the trial court issued non bailable warrant against the petitioner and the same is pending. Therefore, when the non bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, he is not entitled for any relief. 3. In view of the above discussion, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
