SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS
WPMS No.468 of 2026 Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Pawan Sanwal, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. B.S. Koranga, learned B.H. for the State.
3. Mr. H.M. Bhatia, learned Counsel for respondent no.2.
4.
Learned Counsel for respondent no.2 has produced the
order dated 28.04.2026 in the Court passed by respondent no.2 whereby petitioner was granted permission till 30.06.2026 to take-off and to land paragliders in the land owned by petitioner firm-Sky Bird Adventures. The said order dated 28.04.2026 is taken on record.
5. According to learned Counsel for respondent no.2, the grievance of petitioner has been redressed.
6.
Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that he wants permission to take off and land from his own land, and since such permission has been granted only upto 30.06.2026, therefore, he disputes the submission made by learned Counsel for respondent no.2.
7. Be that as it may, at present no grievance of the petitioner is left. Hence the petition is liable to be and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
8. It is, however, observed that in future, if need arises and if petitioner is restrained from operating paragliders from his own land, petitioner shall have a right to file a fresh writ petition.
