CMP Nos.3562, 3564 and 3569 of 2026 in CRP Sr No.20794 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J. These petitions have been filed to i) condone the delay of 603 days in filing th petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent, ii) set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent and iii) bring on record the L.Rs of the deceased 2nd respondent. Mr.A.Umasankar, learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 to 10 has no serious objections for these petitions being ordered. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment. Mr.A.Umasankar also brings to the notice of this court that, the 3rd respondent is passed away and the particulars of his death and L.Rs would be furnished to the Government Advocate appearing for the revision petitioner, within a weak from today, enabling him to take necessary steps.
