The petitioner is a legally wedded wife of the late Nellainayagam, who was employed as a Staff Nurse in the 2nd respondent office. The said Nellainayagam passed away on 25.04.2023. The petitioner would submit that her father in law, raised an objection and on this basis the respondents withheld the service and retirement benefits due to the petitioner. The representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 was also not considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 12.08.2025 has not been considered to date, a direction is issued to respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 31231 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 4.
