Without pressing the writ petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit which is pending since 2022 may kindly be ordered to be decided as expeditiously as possible. 2. Considered. 3. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments.
