Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.2298 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol arising out of Dharmasala P.S. Case No.702 of 2025 on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.13388 of 2025 disposed of on 27th November, 2025, a copy of which is at Flag-B, hence, therefore, this Court is not inclined to reconsider any such plea but in course of hearing, it is informed that the co-accused persons have been released on bail in the meantime. In reply, learned counsel for the State submits that the victims of assault have received grievous injuries. Recording the submission that there are no specific allegations regarding the p. 2 assault against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should be directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol within a fortnight from today and moves an application for regular bail, it is directed that the same shall be considered in connection with C.T. Case No.2298 of 2025 corresponding to Dharmasala P.S. Case No.702 of 2025 during the first hour and in the event of rejection, he shall approach the learned Sessions Court for orders on the same day during second hour itself considering his plea of parity. 6.
