A Report filed on behalf of WBSEDCL be kept with the records. It appears from the Report that in the absence of any boring and meter room at the subject plot, no electricity connection can be provided to the petitioner. In such circumstances, WPA 27568 of 2025 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to comply with all necessary formalities including boring and construction of a meter room. If such conditions are complied with, the respondent-WBSEDCL is directed to provide the electricity connection after compliance with all statutory formalities and after payment of all necessary charges.
