It is made clear that this order must not be understood in any manner to dilute earlier orders of this Court insofar as the membership of the Society is concerned. This Order is passed solely to enable the Society to comply with the statutory mandate. The earlier Writ Petition relates only with reference to the tenure of the Secretary of the College/Sangam and therefore the status quo order passed therein may not create a bar, petitioner submitting the statutory returns/forms. It is made clear that this order does not in any manner decide any of the issue raised in the earlier Writ Petition. 5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07-08-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No jv To The District Registrar Registrar of societies, Rangampalayam, Erode-638 009.
