Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to give the all consequential benefits pertaining to the age of superannuation at attaining the age of 60 years on 31.12.2018 instead of 31.12.2016. Further the respondents may be directed to count the service render by the petitioner as part time from July 1988 to June 2004, and daily wages services from-June 2004 to December 2011 and regular service from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2018 for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits.
