The grievance of the petitioner is against the unofficial respondent No.7 in running the School without obtaining proper permission from the authority. It is contended that, the same is in violation of G.O.Ms.No.1 Education (P.S.2) dated 01-01-1994. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the management of Gnanadhara Educational Society, Kadapa has submitted application to the respondent No.5 seeking permission to open a Preprimary School in the name of “Wonder Cubs Preprimary School, Kadapa” (i.e., Nursery, LKG and UKG only). Pursuant thereto, permission was granted to run the Preprimary School from the competent authority. 4. Having regard to the same, since the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 4 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the proceedings issued in favour of the unofficial respondent No.7. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
