3. Objections have been raised on behalf of the respondents.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant has submitted that the applicant/appellant was in jail. He could not arrange fees for his representation before this Court as he is suffering from financial constraints.
5. It appears that sufficient grounds have been shown. No malafide is discernible.
6. Thereby, the delay of 147 (One Hundred and Forty Seven) days is condoned.
7. Registry to register the connected appeal.
8. In terms of the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
