The Writ Petition has been filed against the order dated 01.02.2020 (Annexure P/1) by which Respondent No.3 has passed an order of suppression of petitioners’ committee with regard to management of Cooperative Agriculture Credit Society, Lewai. Another order dated 15.01.2020 (Annexure P/2) has also been challenged by which Respondent No.3 has directed the petitioners’ committee to terminate Respondent No.4 on the basis of enquiry report submitted by Cooperative Extension Officer. 2. By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 01.02.2020 (ANNEXURE P/1)and 15.01.2020(ANNEXURE P/2) passed by the respondent no. 4 3 (Deputy Registrar) with all consequential benefit, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be given. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the efflux of time, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4.
