When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents would produce a Government Order in G.O. (D).No.101, dated 14.09.2020. On a perusal of the same, it can be seen that the representation is considered and appropriate orders have been passed declining the grant of prospecting license to the petitioner. 3. In view of the same, the order, dated 22.01.2019 in W.P.No.5968 of 2009 stands complied with. This Contempt Petition is closed. The liberty of the petitioner to ventilate his grievances in the manner known to law is kept open.
