Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on the side of the 2nd respondent. The prosecution has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition. 3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 256 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.14777 of 2026 is condoned.
