Petitioners has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner aggrieved with the non-payment of the salary from June 2025 to September 2025 had submitted representation before respondent No. 3, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on 3 the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
