This is the third successive petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. The earlier applications preferred by the petitioner for the same relief were dismissed by this Court on 11.06.2026 and 13.07.2026 in Crl.O.P.Nos.14665 and 17985 of 2026, respectively, on the following grounds : “6.Considering the nature of allegations, the fact that the petitioner has four previous cases which are similar in nature, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner, by misusing the liberty, keeps on continuing the offence without mending himself. Hence, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.” 3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
