JUSTICE SOUMITRA SAIKIA ORDER 11.05 .2026 Heard Ms. B. Chowdhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. M. Borah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A. Chakrabarty, learned Jr. Government Advocate for the respondents. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant seeking liberty of the Court to make necessary corrections in the address of the writ petitioner in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No.1568/2026. 3. The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that the correct address of the writ petitioner is reflected in the paragraph No. 3 of Page No.5 of the interlocutory application in place of the address i.e. reflected in the cause title of the writ petition. 4. There being no objection raised the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that this interlocutory applicant can be allowed at this stage without issuing notice. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in respect of the address as reflected in the cause title of the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No.1568/2026. 5. The petitioner will file amended cause title within a period of two weeks from today in the accompanying writ petition and the writ petition be listed Page No.# 3/3 thereafter. 6.
