This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus, directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2025 and up-load the Caste Certificate of the petitioner in web-site e- district.up.gov.in, within a stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances, the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that respondent no.2, being the District Magistrate, Etah herein, should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Etah is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of one month from from the date of production of certified copy of this order, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
