The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of typing the offences as “under sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) and 109 of BNS in Crime No.145 of 2026”, it has been inadvertently mentioned as “under sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.145 of 2026” Hence, he prayed for amendment and for issue of fresh order copy. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment. 4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order by replacing the offences as ‘U/s.296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) and 109 of BNS’ in Crl.O.P.No.20316/2026 order dated.29.07.2026 and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said changes. 5.
