No. 16566 of 2026. The petitioner prays for the substitution of the name of the court for furnishing sureties from the "learned Metropolitan Magistrate, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 13705 of 2026 in CRL OP No.16566 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 3 Shollinganallur" to the "learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Shollinganallur", and further seeks the waiver of the condition directing the deposit of a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only). 2. Heard both sides. 3. This Court vide order dated 30.06.2026 in Crl O.P.No.16566 of 2026 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the condition that the petitioner deposit a sum of ₹3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 98 of 2026, as the petitioner had voluntarily undertaken to deposit the said amount. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to waive the deposit of ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only). However, with regard to the prayer seeking substitution of the Court for furnishing sureties, the petitioner is hereby permitted to execute the surety bonds before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Shollinganallur. 4.
