CRL.OP.Nos.20184, 20188 & 20190 of 2026 __________ For Petitioners: Mr.S.A.Rajkumar For Respondent: Mr.R.Rajasekaran Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) COMMON ORDER The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.157 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences under Sections 3(1)(f) and 3(1)(f) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (the Act). 2. In view thereof, the petitioners have prayed that their bail applications be considered on the same day. Considering the provisions of the Act, the allegations and factual background, I am of the view that the prayer can be considered. However, the hearing of the bail applications shall take place with due notice to the de facto complainant. 3.
