When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was called for an inquiry in relation to a pending petition. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is purely a financial dispute regarding claims for salary and other perks due from the Company, for which an application under Section 9 is already pending before the civil forum. 3. In view thereof, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents police on 03.08.2026 and the enquiry shall be completed on the same day. Thereafter, the parties shall be bound by the outcome of the inquiry. The petitioner shall not be repeatedly called for the inquiry.
