This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants who are complainants in the complaint cases being Diphu P.S. Case No. 102/2024 and Diphu P.S. Case No. 103/2024 filed under the BNS Act against the writ petitioner on which the authorities have passed an order imposing compulsory retirement of the writ petitioner. Although, the writ petitioner/respondent No.1 opposed the application on the ground that the applicants are not necessary parties, the fact remains that they are the complainants on the basis of which ICC proceeded in Page No.# 3/4 the matter and had rendered the impugned order under the POSH Act. 3. Considering the issues involved in the matter, this Court is of the view that the applicants be arrayed as party respondents giving them opportunity to file their affidavits, if any. This Interlocutory Application accordingly, stands allowed and disposed of. The writ petitioner will file amended cause title within three working days before the Registry and will also serve copies on Mr. S.K. Sarkar, learned counsel representing the complainants as applicants. The applicants named below are arrayed as respondents Nos. 6 and 7 respectively in WP(C) No.6240/2025: “1.
