There is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Earlier this Court modified the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned court on alternative days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30pm until further orders. Considering the submissions made on either sides and considering his compliance, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.10766 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.13013 of 2026, dated 29.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial under POCSO Act, Chennai on alternative days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30pm until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial under POCSO Act, Chennai once in a week at 10.30 a.m and 5.30pm until further orders” The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 5.
