The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the counseling commenced from today and goes on till Wednesday. The petitioner may be directed to furnish the Community Certificate to the appropriate authority and participate in the counseling. 3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to furnish the Community Certificate to the appropriate authority and participate in the counseling, subject to the petitioner being otherwise entitled to. No costs.
